All passengers can pay cash right at the boat or you have the option to buy the fare ahead of time using paypal (see "Buy Tickets"). Sorry we do not accept debit or credit cards at this time.
Absolutely! We are a wallet friendly operation. You cannot beat our value!
Go to the "pick up times" page on this website and you will see the pick-up times at each stop. Also, timetables will be available at the City Dock and at brochure stands around the city.
Yes, you can hop on and hop off as many times as you like in a day once you have paid the initial $5.00.
Sorry no pets are allowed on the boat except for service dogs.
Only if you feel the service was tip worthy.
Ahhh...maybe. The shuttle has a permanent sun cover and attachable sides to shield passengers from the elements. However, at the first sign of a storm or inclement weather, the shuttle will drop off passengers at the nearest stop and only start services when it is completely safe to resume. The safety of our passengers is our top priority. If a small craft advisory is issued, the shuttle will not operate.
If the weather is questionable...please call the shuttle at 239-206-0160 to verify if the shuttle is running.
Food is not permitted on the boat. The shuttle sells beer and wine for very reasonable prices. $3.00 for a bottled beer - $3.00 for a glass of wine. The best deal in town!
The boat is regularly inspected by the US Coast Guard and meets all their strict safety requirements. This boat is one of the safest and most reliable vessels of its kind on the water.
